Shingle Belting’s Customer Service Manager
As part of Shingle’s continuous improvement plan, we are pleased to announce that Mike Johns has been promoted to Customer Service Manager.
Mike came to Shingle Belting in 2006 and worked as Shipping Manager for 14 years. Having to juggle the many aspects involved in logistics and developing relationships with the various carriers has helped make Mike’s move to Customer Service a smooth one. After moving to Customer Service in 2020, Mike quickly learned how to help meet our customers’ needs and make their lives as easy as possible. He has used his computer acumen to improve the functionality of our in-house software. Mike is ready for the next phase of his career with Shingle and will focus his efforts on making our Customer Service team even better than it is today.
